This documentary chronicles the life and crimes of one of the country's lesser known gangsters, Mad Dog Coll. Coll earned a reputation as a vicious killer on the streets of New York's Hell's Kitchen. His feuds with gangsters Dutch Schulz and John Dillinger were legendary. This film covers the major events of his life, from his childhood, to the Harlem baby killings, to his eventual death by gunfire at the age of 24.
