Synopsis by Rovi
Hoping to surprise Jamie (Helen Hunt) with an elaborate Mother's Day gift, Paul (Paul Reiser) seeks out the advice of his cousin Ira (John Pankow) and Ira's employee Marvin (Jeff Garlin). The choices boil down to a rocking chair and a Times Square video message. Meanwhile, Paul's jealous mom, Sylvia (Cynthia Harris), faking an injury to divert attention away from Jamie, is foiled by her own vanity.
