Machine Head: Elegies contains the band's December 5, 2004 show at London's Brixton Academy. The release also contains three music videos ("Imperium," "Days Turn Blue to Gray," and "The Blood, the Sweat, the Tears"), a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the videos, and backstage footage of the band at the Brixton show.
