Old enemies shift allegiances but remain on opposite sides of the law in this animated drama from the Lupin the 3rd series. Detective Zenegata had spent the better part of two decades trying to put the villainous Lupin the 3rd behind bars, and when his superiors take him off the case, the despondent detective in turn decides to approach the enemy he's sought for so long as a friend. Lupin, however, is no fool, and when he discovers Zenegata is now investigating a weapons smuggling ring, the master criminal sees an opportunity to get his share. However, Zenegata soon learns that Keith, the new head of the Lupin Task Force, is not a cop to be trifled with.
