Giuseppe Verdi's 1849 opera Luisa Miller comes to home video in this film of a live stage performance from 1986, starring the esteemed Parma-born tenor Carlo Bergonzi as Rodolfo, alongside Milanese soprano Christina Rubin, Sofia Salazar, Giancarlo Pasquetto, Michele Pertusi and Gilberto Zanellato. Angelo Campori conducts.
