A profoundly disturbed rapist, necrophiliac, and serial killer, escapes from a psychiatric hospital and sets out to finish what he had started after discovering that one of his former victims somehow managed to survive their harrowing ordeal. John Lucker is a dangerous psychopath who committed eight murders, subsequently keeping the corpses around for his sexual satisfaction long after they began to decay. When Lucker discovers that one of his intended female victims somehow managed to escape, he sets out on a repulsive rampage of vile revenge.
