Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
As a crime-drama and film noir of sorts, Lucie sur Seine has good atmosphere, but a less-than-credible plot and climax. Lucie is at work in a store when the place is robbed, and she ends up befriending the thief -- and murderer; two people were killed in the robbery. As Lucie and the killer run from the police, their chances to escape detection seem very slim. Other than this new adventure in Lucie's life, her younger brother is dealing in porno shows for the underage set -- neither sibling appears headed for a white-collar job.
