A biweekly offering of the E! Entertainment network, this series was an offshoot of the cable TV special Britney and Justin: Love Chain, which chronicled the rise and fall of the romance between teen idols Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake. In the series proper, each episode profiled a celebrity or celebrity couple whose private life or lives filled many a grocery-store tabloid. Case in point was the opener, in which the many amours of pneumatic actress Pamela Anderson were scrutinized in loving detail with the help of media critics and sex therapists. Love Chain debuted June 11, 2003.
