In this companion piece to documentary filmmaker Viktor Dashuk's 1997 film Between Satan and God, the Belarussian director turns his attentions toward the atrocities committed by dictator Alexander Lukashenko. In addition to highlighting the many Stalinist abuses that have served to cement the thuggish ruler's brutal reign, Dashuk also criticizes the Belarussian population for allowing the atrocities to continue and not reclaiming their land in the name of peace and progression.
