Lizzie (Hilary Duff) freaks out when she learns that her mom, Jo (Hallie Todd), has volunteered to chaperone the science class' field trip. Sure enough, Mom provides Lizzie with ample opportunity for embarrassment amongst her classmates. Still, the old dear comes through and proves herself to be "one of the girls" when wreaking vengeance for a prank pulled by the boys. And back at home, will Sam (Robert Carradine) and Matt (Jake Thomas) be able to survive a day without females? This time around, the main "Toon Lizzie" sequence includes a tribute to Back to the Future -- or is it Harold Lloyd's Safety Last?
