Synopsis by Sally Barber
Living With Dying is a five-part series created to help people cope with death, dying, and bereavement. It provides sensitive advice on how to address sorrow, as well as ways to meet other challenges one encounters when facing the end of life or the loss of a loved one. Part five of the series, Recovering From Loss, presents the experience of a couple who lost their four-year-old daughter to leukemia. The parents share the ways they learned to address the loss and how others responded to them in this situation. In addition, the program offers a look at the difficulties people encounter when attempting to rebuild their lives following the death of a loved one. Other programs in this series are Facing Mortality, Grief, Terminal Illness, and Bereavement.
