Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
An architect in search of a place to work in peace finds his attention continually diverted by his eccentric neighbors and a menacing stalker in this made-for-television psychological thriller starring James Belushi and Rob Lowe. Walter Woods (Lowe) has rented an apartment in a run-down Los Angeles tenement managed by the crusty William (Dean Stockwell). Later, after some bizarre run-ins with former East Berliner Dieter (Patrick Ersgard) and pretty hooker Catherine (Alex Meneses), who also inhabit the building, Walter calls a local truck company and reports a driver for inappropriate conduct. When the driver is fired, he sets out to find the hapless architect and settle the score.
