Synopsis by Janiss Garza

After Douglas MacLean and Doris May made a hit in the light comedy, 23 1/2 Hours Leave, their studio continued to pair them up in a series of features, where they usually played a young married couple. Henry and Evelyn Langdon (MacLean and May) rent a summer bungalow at a fashionable resort and find themselves out of their league, both financially and socially. Everyone else seems to think that it's rather dull to be in love with one's own spouse, and Evelyn cooks up a plan so that she and Henry will fit in. She lets someone else's husband flirt with her, while she pawns another girl off on Henry. But when Henry accidentally gets stuck on an island with the girl, Evelyn loses faith in him and boards a train with the philandering husband. But Henry gets back in time to board the train himself and save his wife from her foolishness. After that they decide that being fashionable isn't all that it's cracked up to be.
