Lethal Abs and Arms is an exercise video that aims to shape each and every upper body muscle, abdominals, chest, arms, and more. Easy to understand instruction includes a four-minute warm-up segment, a vigorous 10-minute upper body workout, and a four-minute cool-down period. A set of hand weights is recommended for advanced viewers. Mini-barbells and a weight bench should enable the advanced viewer to adjust the level of difficulty to suit his fitness goals. No equipment is absolutely necessary, however, since the video contains only floor exercises.
