Among the numerous lessons provided, the viewer will learn how to surf web sites off-line (eliminating waiting times), how to access scrolling stock tickers and news updates right on the Windows desktop, how to automatically eliminate junk e-mail, how to improve the look of outgoing e-mail with letterhead, signatures, and greeting cards, and how to conduct video conferences, chats, and remote whiteboard sessions over the web.
