Synopsis by Robert Firsching

Italian filmmaker Luigi Russo, best known for exploitation films like the Blue Lagoon-inspired Due Gocce d'Acqua Salata (1982), directed this late-period giallo-thriller which nonetheless brings to mind the low-key mysteries of the 1960s more than the glitzy post-Argento gialli typical of the time. The four-character story deals with yet another inheritance plot, this time engineered by the greedy chauffeur of crippled heiress Lisbeth Hummel (La Bete) and his lover, the maid, along with the poor woman's nurse. Pierangelo Pozzato co-stars with Beatrice Palme and Giulia Urso.
