Even though she was fired from her last job for an accident which resulted in the death of one of her young charges, Nathalie is hired by a rich family to look after a mentally retarded boy. A number of suspicious incidents make her think something is wrong, but when her food is doped and she nearly has a car accident while driving with the boy, she notifies the authorities. The boy's father and stepmother were planning to kill him so that they, instead of the boy, would inherit his deceased mother's money.
