Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
When a man is ambitious, it is hard for him to remain in his African village and wait for whatever opportunities arise. Instead, it seems only natural that he would head for the city to try to make his way there. Alas, village life has not prepared our hero for being the prey of the shark-like people of the city, and he is soon without any resources at all. He has no recourse, really, but to steal. However, even robbery requires a city-bred savvy he just doesn't have. As he grows hardened to the brutality of city life, the only thing he feels tenderness for is the bronze bracelet his village girlfriend gave him before he left.
