Synopsis by Hal Erickson

This five-minute puppet show originally aired in France under the title La Maison de Tu Tu. Created by Georges Cross, the series dealt with the adventures of a group of garden-bound animals, including Hector the flopeared dog and Zaza the cat. The series' troublemaker was Mrs. Kiki the frog, who climbed ladders, spread gossip, and dispensed salty wisecracks. The 50 episodes of Hector's House were seen in Britain beginning in the early '70s, with future Avengers and Absolutely Fabulous star Joanna Lumley providing the voice of Kiki for the English-language version.
