Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka

After their release from a juvenile detention home, Hideo Araki (Yoshizumi Ishihara) and two of his friends get together for some target practice with a rifle, and some adventurous driving around in their car. While cruising in their vehicle, they pick up a hitchhiker named Hiromi (Mio Takaki) and in no time at all they are stopped by the police for a traffic violation. At that point, the young men are roughed up a little, and everyone is brought into the station. Unable to bear the police treatment, Hideo and one of his friends get back at the police, and the two of them and Hiromi escape, leading everyone on an interminable chase as they try to elude capture. Flashbacks and talks with Hiromi show that Hideo suffered through past police brutality and is determined to avoid a repetition of his earlier abuse at all costs.
