Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

Explore the career of one of the best-loved alternative metal acts of the new millennium in an unauthorized documentary tracing their development from California-based heavy metal act LAPD to their later and better-known inception as the Jonathan Davis-led Korn. Born as a post-grunge metal act that strived to create a unique fusion of funk and thrash, LAPD finally found their footing upon meeting up with mortuary science student Davis and christening themselves Korn. With a series of hit albums including their self titled debut, Life is Peachy, Follow the Leader, and Issues following in short order, the band established themselves as one of the premiere heavy metal acts of their generation thanks to a loyal fan-base and a refreshing sense of danger that seemed to elide many of their radio-friendly counterparts.
