The two episodes Stalemate of Truce & War on the Homefront make up the fourth installment of a ten-hour, five-volume Korean War documentary about "America's Forgotten War," narrated by James Whitmore. More than 33,000 Americans died in the Korean conflict, which started in the aftermath of World War II and whose outcomes and events still affect the Asian political situation. The series includes film footage that had never before been presented to the public.
