The King Otis and the Kingdom of Goode animated series was created by educators and child-development specialists to target the fertile minds of babies and toddlers with eye-popping animation and simple stories reinforcing basic values. In King Otis and the Kingdom of Goode: A Tale of Patience, the odd creature Phoose longs for the rejuvenating properties of fresh water. Much as they may complain, however, Phoose and his friends are rewarded with a surplus of the wet stuff one day.
