Multi-accredited fitness expert and Lifetime Fitness's National Group Fitness Director Kimberly Spreen hosts the exercise release Kimberly Spreen: Amplify Your Strength. Spreen takes participants through a workout regimen christened 'The Mind/Body Bootcamp,' that enables each individual to "tap into" his or her inner strength and work numerous areas of the body simultaneously - by combining basic exercises in strength, balance, flexibility and rudimentary athletic movements, without the use of added exercise implements such as a ball or resistance band.
