Synopsis by Olivia Cantor
From French writer-director Quentin Dupieux comes another comedy of the absurdist kind, a cinematic trademark he presents to his audiences. This time, the story revolves around a precinct where police captain Buron (Benoît Poelvoorde) spends one whole night questioning a man named Louis Fugain (Grégoire Ludig) who reported a dead body outside his apartment to the authorities. Since he seems to be the sole witness, the captain tries hard to extract information from him—with humorously dark results at times.
