When Kamilla (Veronica Flaat) is sent by her stepparents to live with her sister in a remote mountain community, she quickly experiences danger. She is rescued from thugs by young Sebastian (Dennis Storhoi), but she later discovers that her blond-haired, blue eyed hero is running from the law. Forced to steal by a miscarriage of justice, Sebastian and Kamilla go through a series of adventures until he decides to turn himself in. He leaves her a message, written on a kite, saying he will return for her after he clears his name.
