Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

Although Jungle Jim (Grant Withers) survives the waterfall more or less intact, Slade (Al Bridge), Bruce Redmond (Bryant Washburn) and Lebat (Paul Sutton) get away with Joan (Betty Jane Rhodes) as their prisoner. But our hero comes through once again, this time by stampeding a herd of (stock footage) elephants. At Cobra's village that night, Jungle Jim entertains the natives by warbling Kay Kellogg's "I'm Takin' the Jungle Trail", blissfully unaware that the Cobra (Henry Brandon) and his sister Shanghai Lil (Evelyn Brent) have marked him for death lest their true identities be revealed to Joan. Cobra's warriors overpower Jim and Malay Mike (Raymond Hatton and tie them to the stakes, where they are left to perish when Slade's men burn down the village.
