Synopsis by Mark Deming
With their hard-and-heavy music and hell-bent-for-leather look, Judas Priest were the kings of British heavy metal in the 1980's, offering hard rock fans a dose of sound and fury that won them a massive international following. Judas Priest: Electric Eye is a video collection that offers up a triple dose of Rob Halford and his partners in rock -- a nineteen-song 1986 concert filmed in Dallas, Texas (and previously released on VHS as Judas Priest: Priest ... Live!), thirteen music videos, and six rarely seen performances from British television. Songs featured include "Breaking The Law", "Living After Midnight", "You've Got Another Thing Coming", "Love Bites", "Heading Out To The Highway", "Turbo Lover", "Metal Gods", and many more.
