Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Jar Elskar Dig, Karlsson (I Love You, Karlsson) was much admired by international critics when it first appeared in 1947. In a quasi-realistic fashion, the story concentrates on the very special world of children. A case of "puppy love" motivates the plotline, with chucklesome and sometimes touching results. Adult film fans were drawn to Jar Elskar Dig, Karlsson by the return appearance of old Danish screen-favorite Marguerite Viba. Two directors were responsible for the film, with presumably one of the helmsman exclusively devoted to the juvenile cast members.
