Abhay Singh (Sidharth Malhorta) and his gang terrorize grooms in Bihar who ask for an unreasonable amount of dowry by kidnapping them and forcing them to marry their brides. In one of his missions, he crosses paths with his childhood sweetheart, Babli Yadav (Parineeti Chopra), and soon enough, the feelings they had for each other get rekindled. While Babli desires a relationship, Abhay is apprehensive due to his political ambitions. Babli’s mother is also against the idea, and she plans on forcing her daughter to marry someone else.
