Swindlers Khalujan (Naseeruddin Shah) and Babban (Arshad Warsi) are fleeing the wrath of their powerful boss Mushtaq (Salman Shahid) when they seek shelter in the home of an old friend, and both fall in love with his pretty widow Krishna (Vidya Balan). As Khalu dreams of a romantic future with Krishna, Babban find himself slowly consumed by his growing lust for her. Their hope for making a clean getaway fading fast, Khalujan and Babban discover that the greatest betrayal is yet to come.
