Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Chang Jen Chieh directs Hong Kong action star Chi Kuan-Chun in Iron Neck Li. Chun plays the title character who uses his training and skill in order to help the weak and downtrodden. He comes under the wing of an emperor for whom Iron Neck Li may have to sacrifice his life. Lam Kwong Wing and So Kwok Leung assisted with the film's fight choreography.
