Hastily assembled to get the jump on the upcoming NBC reality series Restaurant, the Food Network's Into the Fire offered viewers candid glimpses into the kitchens of America's most popular and trendy eateries. Though many of the episodes resembled infomercials for such hot spots as the Cheesecake Factory and Bellagio, a tasty time was had by all, nonetheless. Into the Fire debuted July 11, 2003.
