Synopsis
Fascinating, gripping and unusual tale of a Jewish community in India that was reportedly shipwrecked there 2000 years ago, now undergoing a mass relocation to Israel. Director Sadia Shepard reconnects with her ancestors from that community and profiles several of its members, including a couple preparing for a move to Israel, an Indian-Jewish film director and a couple in charge of a rural synagogue.
