The Pavel Khvaleev-directed horror-thriller film III follows two sisters who are forced to fight an insidious sickness that is slowly killing hundreds in their town. Mirra (Lyubov Ignatushko) finds herself infected following the death of their mother, and attempt to cure the disease with the help of the local priest, Father Herman (Evgeniy Gagarin). After learning that the disease is caused by demons looking to invade the subconscious, Ayia (Polina Davydova) decides to help her sister fight the evil within her by taking them on herself.
