Telecast on Tuesday afternoons, the Canadian children's series How It Happens was basically "Science Made E-Z" for the younger set. In fact, it was hosted by a brace of preteens, Alysia Pascuris and Danny McIlravey. Each 30-minute episode spotlighted a different scientific or mechanical device, then answered one of two questions: "How is it made?" or "How does it work?" Initially shown from October 23 to December 25, 1973, How It Happens was rebroadcast during the summer months of 1974 and 1975.
