An adolescent girl from the Catholic south attempts to make her difficult move north easier by assuming a new identity in All Souls and Johan director Nicole van Kilsdonk's colorful coming of age comedy. Thirteen year old Rosa is none to happy about the fact that she's moving north with her divorced mother, her mother's new boyfriend, and her newborn half-brother, thought fortunately things begin to take a turn for the better after Rosa decides to shed her old skin and become tagger Rooz.
