Hotel Kikelet (Hotel Springtime) takes place in the resort hotel managed by the lovely Maria (Anna Tokes). Most of the male customers check in because they'd like to make love to their hostess, but Maria keeps everyone at arm's length for the sake of her husband (Antal Pager), the hotel secretary. Even so, she never lets on that she's married, for fear of losing such wealthy bachelor clients as Baron Torda (Tivadar Uray) and business magnate Ferenc Ag (Imre Pallo). It's only a matter of time before Maria's hubby gets fed up with all the tickle-and-tease and asserts his marital prerogative. The ubiquitous Julius Kobos provides the film's biggest laughs as a middle-aged bridegroom.
