An urban man's deadly determination to seek revenge for the death of his brother has a reverberating effect on all of those he touches in a film inspired by a series of shocking real life events. As the vengeful brother roams the streets in search of the men responsible for killing his brother, a group of small-time hoodlums are forced to enter their dog "Cognac" into a bloody dogfight against the ravenous hound of a well-known pit-master. When the fates of the young thugs and the revenge-seeking brother collide, the streets will explode into a violent barrage of savage fury.
