Synopsis by Mark Deming
In this suspense thriller, Reginald Cameron (Robert Patrick) is an executive with a major American corporation who has a secret life as a high-level hit man. As the British government makes the final preparations to hand over control of Hong Kong to China, Cameron takes unusual steps to protect his company's interests in the city; he kills several key members of the Chinese team handling the takeover. Soon Cameron has a price on his head and with every hired gun in Hong Kong hot on his trail, he tries to get out of town with the help of his mentor at the company (Brion James), his best friend (Tim Thomerson), and his former girlfriend (Ming-Na Wen).
