Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

Take a harrowing trip down one of the darkest roads in human history as rare footage of the only concentration camp still operational at the time of its liberation arrives on home video for the benefit of history buffs and Holocaust scholars everywhere. Established in 1941 and liberated by the Soviet advance just three years later, Majdanek was located near Lubin and served as a frightful reminder of the efficiency of the Nazi death machine. At the time Majdanek was liberated, the speed of the Soviet forces was so swift that the Germans had no time to conceal the evidence of the atrocities committed at the notorious camp. Additional footage of the SS Officers and Kapos as they appear before a Russian tribunal at Lubin shows the surviving inmates giving evidence against the accused before a guilty verdict is delivered followed by a sentence of death by hanging.
