Synopsis by Violet LeVoit
Victims of former African dictator Hissein Habré recount their horrific experiences under his regime in Chad, and confront the torturers who maimed them in a series of meetings organized by the head of a victims rights organization in Senegal. Habré was arrested and deposed from power in 2013.
