This gonzo documentary started as a way for a tabloid producer (Wayne Darwen) to investigate a marijuana growing operation in Hawaii, but quickly devolved into a bizarre portrait of nudists, dope dealers, low flying government helicopters, and various low-lifes looking for high times. Includes a bonus interview with director Darwen.
