Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Mike Kelly, Laurens C. Postma and Lawrence Tan are the Heroes 3 in this exotic actioner. An American naval officer forms an uneasy partnership with a Chinese detective. Their mission is to solve the murder of the officer's crewmate. There's many a false lead and red herring before the "surprise" killer is revealed. Rowena Cortes provides what Variety used to call "heart interest."
