Synopsis by Dan Pavlides

Peter Yarrow, Noel Paul Stookey, and Mary Travers are the folk trio who rose to musical fame during the 1960s. In this musical documentary, the trio travels through war-torn Central America in a goodwill concert and witness firsthand how people survive amidst the turmoil. The children display their artwork showing bombs being routinely dropped from helicopters in the perpetually troubled region. Interviews with the beleaguered residents caught in the conflict underscore the gravity of the situation. The three singers have an audience with Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega and visit schools, hospitals, and missions that care for the many refugees.
