This program from the History Channel takes the viewer to see firsthand the locations throughout the world where the undead are said to still roam. Ghostly apparitions are described by eyewitnesses, while historians recount incidents which left people dead but unable to depart in peace. From the Winchester House in California to the streets of Salem, MA, stories of spirits and hauntings are compiled for the consideration of skeptic and believer alike. This episode travels to Washington, D.C. The seat of power of the United States is also home to powerful residents from the other side. Former U.S. presidents, including Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses S. Grant are said to still cast a watchful eye over the nation's capital.
