Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
A suicidal teen discovers that the wind carries a dark secret after being institutionalized. In the wake of a failed suicide attempt, Claudia is committed to a hospital for troubled teens. There, she encounters the spirit of Andrea, a former patient who perished at the facilities under mysterious circumstances. When the wind starts to blow, the calm at the institution is shattered by a series of unexplainable events.
