Synopsis

Miley gets nervous when she learns that a harsh music critic (Gilbert Gottfried) will be reviewing an upcoming Hannah Montana concert. Adding to her dilemma is the unexpected arrival of her hillbilly Uncle Earl, who wants to be a rock star and play in Hannah's band.
