Synopsis by Clarke Fountain

The Dunce Class is the name of a popular series of Turkish film comedies that features a group of cabaret performers in short pants, imitating the rowdier boys at a boys' boarding school. Teachers at the school are at least as eccentric as the Dunce Class lads, and a good time is had by all. In this story, a young man joins in with the boy's soccer game. Everyone assumes he is another student and treats him accordingly. When he shows up in class as the teacher, the boys are surprised. Given how the new teacher was treated by the older teachers, they had no reason to assume he wasn't a student. A crisis strikes the school, when the school property is foreclosed. Taking their desks into the woods, the brave Dunces continue their studies with the persistent teachers. Fortunately, a high government official is a graduate of the school and is able to save the day.
