The Peacemillion's desperate ramming tactic has destroyed the Libra's main cannon and crippled the battle fortress, but the Peacemillion itself is trapped in Libra's hull. The Gundam pilots have infiltrated the Libra in an effort to take control of its command center -- all, that is, except for Wu Fei, who navigates the battlefield in an effort to face Treize in a duel once again. On board the Libra, Duo has stumbled across the captured Gundam engineers, who ask him to take them to the Peacemillion to prevent Milliardo -- now resuming his Zechs Marquise persona -- from enacting his latest plan: to crash-land the battle fortresses into Earth, plunging it into eternal winter. In the Peacemillion hangar, Relena tries to dissuade Heero from going off to fight again; he promises to do everything he can to defeat Zechs and Treize in the hopes that it will end the fighting and bring about the peace she craves. As he launches Gundam Wing Zero into space, Relena realizes that Heero isn't planning on coming back alive.
